1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place a booking.

2. Rental Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old unless local supplier terms allow otherwise.
• You must hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• A credit card in the primary driver's name is required for deposit hold.
• Additional driver requirements are validated at the counter.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Reservations are considered confirmed once a confirmation email is issued. You may cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up for full refund unless a specific offer states stricter terms. Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a fee.

4. Insurance & Protection

Base rates include mandatory coverage where required by law. Optional products such as Full Protection can be added during checkout. Coverage exclusions, deductibles, and country-specific rules are provided before payment.

5. Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit may be pre-authorized at pick-up. Release timing depends on card issuer and local banking timelines. Any damage, toll, fuel, or penalty charges can be deducted as allowed by law.

6. Fuel & Mileage

Fuel policy is displayed per vehicle (commonly Full-to-Full). Mileage policy may be unlimited or capped depending on supplier terms. Extra mileage can be billed at return.

7. Additional Driver

Additional drivers must be present at pick-up with valid documents and may require additional fees. Age or license restrictions can apply based on vehicle category.

8. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in compliance with traffic and rental laws. Off-road use, unauthorized cross-border driving, and prohibited activities may void coverage and trigger penalties.
